Clear Maze Consulting Private Ltd. is a consulting firm that is engaged in cutting edge advisory and consultancy services to private corporate clients and governments.
We are Public Private Partnership (PPP) specialists who help facilitate client’s entry into PPP projects by handholding clients from the conception stage, to carrying out feasibility studies, assistance in bid process stage, and execution by assisting in meeting various regulatory compliances. In short, we help clear the maze of complex processes involved in getting to and executing PPP projects.
Clear Maze has been set up by a team of professionals with vast and varied professional experience. The team specializes in designing of PPP projects, technical and financial feasibilities, arranging funding, execution strategies for large projects, and above all identifying the right opportunities for a client in line with client’s business vision and strengths.

Maya Sinha
Director
Maya Sinha is a former Indian Revenue Service Officer with over 30 years of professional experience. Before founding Clear Maze, she was Executive Director at Core Education and Technologies. During her tenure of three years at Core, she set up its India business and grew it from scratch to Rs 1,100 crore. Prior to joining Core, she was Deputy Chairman, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT), the largest container port of India. During her tenure she successfully pioneered PPP projects in ports in India. As part of IRS, she worked in various capacities – Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Additional Commissioner and Commissioner in metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Nagpur.
Atul Jaiswal
President Strategic Business Advisory
Atul is a Post Graduate in Electronics . An industry veteran with almost 25 years of experience, Atul has worked in Sales & Operation role in multiple markets and was also responsible for driving strategic partnerships and alliances with International OEMs and Channel Partners. He has worked closely with Bureaucrats & Ministers on Policy matters related to Govt. Business. Prior to joining Clear Maze, he worked with Microsoft as Director – Education, Public Sector. He leveraged government business to the tune of Rs.1000+ crores while at his previous position as Sr. Vice President in Core Education & Technologies Ltd. He started his career with Patni Group and has worked at leading companies like Zenith Computers, Redington India and HCL Infosystems.
Ashvin Kumar
Head Skill Development
Ashvine is a Management Graduate in Information Technology, carrying a rich experience of around 17 years, Prior to Clear maze, he was working with Educomp Solutions Limited as Vice President – Skill Development. He worked with leading companies like Zenith Computers, Patni, Sriram New Horizons and Rise India. Over the years, he created new revenue streams, innovative business models and personally led client relationships and complex project executions resulting in multi million dollar relationships. Built teams for all functions and set up large operations Pan-India.
Rupendra Pratap Singh
Sr. Vice President Strategic Business Advisory
RP Singh is an MBA (Marketing) from IMT Ghaziabad. He has had illustrious career that spans over 24 years with leading corporate organisations. Prior to Clear Maze, he worked at leading positions with industry leaders in Bennett Coleman and Company, Core Education and Technologies, NIIT among others. He has been instrumental in driving sales and business development activities ranging across industry. His forte lies at key account management, revenue management, P&L, channel development, team management, consultative selling, OEM management for government domain and private institutions. In the government space his ODV credentials exceed 545 crores pan India.
